Our Nuits-Saint-Georges has a very bright and pale green-gold colour . The nose is very delicate and complex with notes of limestone minerality, hot spices, fallen leaves, China tea, Angelica flower.It has a fine, well-balanced stucture, with liveliness and full body underlined by integrated new oak.
Ideal with fine fish, crab and lobster, stewed poultry and full-flavoured cheeses. Try it with chicken in cream sauce, prawn risotto with porcini mushrooms, or scallop carpaccio with hazelnut oil.
Service and keeping Serve between 10° and 12°C. This wine is ready to drink or it may be laid down for 2 to 10 years or more
